1. This website and the platform
This notice covers Axentrio’s marketing website. Sign-in and payment take place through the separate platform and services including Clerk and Stripe. Their own domains and privacy information are relevant when you use them; clearing data on this website does not clear their cookies.
Cookies and similar technologies can store information in your browser. This website uses temporary preferences and, when you open the real chat, local conversation storage. The fictional channel examples at the top of the homepage do not open a real customer chat.
2. Language and price display
axentrio-language stores the language you select. axentrio-billing stores whether you view monthly or annual pricing. This website stores both in sessionStorage for your browser session. They have no separate advertising purpose. Your browser determines when a session ends; restored tabs may resume a session.
Older preferences in localStorage are removed on a subsequent visit. The preferences preserve your chosen display during your visit. You can also clear them with the button below.
3. Storage when using the real chat
The external chat code loads only after you click a button to open the assistant. The widget may then use localStorage: cb_visitor_v1_* identifies your browser to resume a conversation; cb_session_v3_* stores the chat session, identification and data needed for that session. The older cb_session_v2 key is supported only for existing sessions.
This website uses axentrio-chat-storage-until to limit local chat storage to thirty days from the first opening within that period. On a subsequent visit, expired data is removed before a new chat loads; an open page also checks the expiry date. A new period starts when you open the chat again afterwards. This limits local website storage, not data in your Axentrio account.
The button below closes any open widget and clears the listed local chat data and website preferences. It does not delete conversations on Axentrio’s server or cancel appointments. The privacy notice applies to server data requests. After local identification is cleared, a later visit may open the chat as a new local conversation.
4. Requests to external services
The website uses ChatGPT Sites for hosting and the visit statistics offered by that service. The underlying service is also covered by its hosting provider’s information. Our website code adds no Meta Pixel or other advertising tracker; this notice does not activate future advertising measurement.
Google Fonts delivers Inter and, when the widget opens, the chat font. The widget may retrieve its Socket.IO library through cdn.socket.io. These downloads give providers the technical connection information needed to deliver files. This is different from storing an advertising preference. The privacy notice covers the services involved and international processing.
Any future non-essential storage or measurement must have a suitable prior choice. Continued browsing, a paid purchase or acceptance of terms is not treated as that consent.
5. Your browser and your rights
You can also delete or block stored website data in your browser settings. This may affect resuming a chat or remembering preferences. It does not automatically stop processing by a provider that has already received data.
For questions or data rights requests, contact info@axentrio.com. The privacy notice identifies the responsible business, other retention periods and complaint routes. This notice is updated if the technologies used change.
